Nice place to park

I had not used the parking and fly for a few years and I’m glad I came back because they were very good about everything! We especially liked having our car warmed up on a 12° night! Thanks for great service Park and Fly! We will be back!

PRF-Shout Out

Shout out to Guys and Gals at Albany Park, Ride and Fly! Not only is our car safe and well taken care of while we’re away, we arrive at the airport in a timely manner while being served by smiling staff; but, read further. AFTER I went through Airport Security, I realized I left my phone in my car at the parking lot. Trying not to have a “toddler meltdown”, I immediately borrowed a TSA security phone, called the dispatcher at PRF and told him what happened. He reassured me help was on the way and within 10 minutes I met the shuttle & driver downstairs with my phone!!! Above and beyond, outstanding customer service!!!! You saved the day!! I arrived home two weeks later to a warm vehicle waiting, as I stepped off the shuttle! Thank you very much Albany Park Ride & Fly!!!! Looking forward to my next trip and using Albany PRF!
