Quick service
Upon arrival at facility our bags were loaded into van and taken off at airport. When we returned to airport we only waited around 10 minutes for van to arrive where they loaded our bags and once at the facility loaded our bags into our warmed up car. Will definitely use again!

Hassle free parking
I have used this parking service many times and it is always a good experience. Well organized and friendly staff help get your luggage from the car to the shuttle and unload the luggage at the airport drop off. On return, we never have to wait for the shuttle and our car is waiting and running with the heat or AC on depending on the season. Highly recommend.

Truly loved the service from the beginning to the end. Definitely will use this service every time now for sure. When we came back from our vacation our car was free from snow, it was backed up in a parking spot ready for loading in luggage (which the service did everything for us) and my car was running and warm for us. We arrived at the lot and was greeted by an employee who took our luggage and placed it in the us. Upon airport arrival he instructed us to step off the bus and he brought our luggage off the bus. Upon arriving back from our trip the bus was waiting outside. The driver asked us to get on the bus and he would put our luggage on the bus. He drove safely and upon reaching our car he removed our luggage and placed them in our car

Excellent place to leave my car
Left my car for a week for trip out of state. Was concerned about leaving my car at airport. Both drop off and pickup were quick and very pleasant. Easy check in/out, and both drivers were very helpful and pleasant. Snow was cleaned off and warm when we arrived. Would definitely use/recommend this facility.

Drivers
Both drivers to and from the airport were excellent, unloaded and loaded my luggage without me asking, very pleasant. The driver who brought me back to your lot could have left the airport because he was already getting ready to leave but he saw me walking fast towards your bus, put the bus in park, got out, loaded my luggage and I was able to board the bus. When I got back to the parking lot my car was there, running and ready to go. I would defiantly recommend your services.

We recently returned from a trip on which we again used the services of Albany Park Ride & Fly. As always the service was excellent. As soon as we pulled in we were greeted by someone who immediately put our bags ion the shuttle. The check-in was quick and easy and we were soon at the airport. When we returned the shuttle was waiting when we exited baggage claim and our car was ready and warmed when we reached the lot. Albany PRF continues to be my go-to for the easiest, most efficient and pleasant experience! When I travel, it’s often leaving early morning before sunrise, and returning after sundown. This service is a blessing! Takes away the pressure of parking and getting to door in darkness. I am never late with shuttle even during the busiest times, while always the kindest workers who are so helpful with my luggage. AND- services continue to be very reasonable in this economy! Baggage Service
Once we entered the facility we never touched our baggage until we were at the airport. Coming home our baggage was taken from us, put on the bus, and then put into our car. Service was excellent and drivers were very courteous and friendly.
