Shout out to Guys and Gals at Albany Park, Ride and Fly! Not only is our car safe and well taken care of while we’re away, we arrive at the airport in a timely manner while being served by smiling staff; but, read further. AFTER I went through Airport Security, I realized I left my phone in my car at the parking lot. Trying not to have a “toddler meltdown”, I immediately borrowed a TSA security phone, called the dispatcher at PRF and told him what happened. He reassured me help was on the way and within 10 minutes I met the shuttle & driver downstairs with my phone!!! Above and beyond, outstanding customer service!!!! You saved the day!! I arrived home two weeks later to a warm vehicle waiting, as I stepped off the shuttle! Thank you very much Albany Park Ride & Fly!!!! Looking forward to my next trip and using Albany PRF!

My husband and I recently used Park, Ride & Fly at the suggestion of a friend. We were very pleased with this service and would use it again. It was nice not to worry about the safety of our vehicle when we were away. The shuttle to the airport was quick, and it was nice to have help with our luggage. It was especially lovely to come home to a warmed-up vehicle with the snow cleared off of it!

Early Morning Departure during holiday travel rush
We had a 5:15 a.m. flight on 12/23. We arrived right before 3 a.m. and were greeted quickly and graciously. We arrived at the airport before the ticketing desk was even open for the day. The only way to park at ALB!
I’ve been using Albany Park Ride Fly forever. I often travel alone and am so relieved not to have to navigate to my car alone in the evening, or brush snow or ice off before driving home. Once they called me to warn me about a bad tire that they spotted while I was parked there, and repaired it before I returned. Yes it costs a bit more, but for me it’s all about the service!

I will always pay for them to be the keepers of my car and keys (imagine not having to worry about having left your keys somewhere other than in your bag or pocket! one less thing to stress about and track while traveling!). I am taken to the airport...I am picked up from the airport....my car is running and heated and ready to go....and nobody scratched the car! After several flight delays arrived in ALB without bags. But the frustration was mitigated by the friendly efficient service of Albany PRF which whisked us out of the airport to our car, which was warmed-up and waiting for us to hop in and complete the journey home. Late night pickup
We got in very late last night- the last plane in at 1:00 am. The driver was waiting for us. Also, we noticed on the way to the facility that one of our tires was very low and must have a small leak. Luckily we live close to the airport. I asked them to fill the tire with air before we arrived last night to make sure we could get home. It was done and we were safe.

Awesome experience! Everyone was kind, friendly, helpful..! Curb to curb service. I made a mistake on my dates. When someone called to check where I was, she was pleasant & understanding as I realized the mistake I had made w/ my reservation dates and she said "no problem see you tomorrow " (the date that I should have put down on my reservation). Everything worked out. My car was started, WARM, & my hatch open to make it easy to put my luggage in my car. Again-AWESOME! One less thing to worry about when getting ready to travel

Since the airport is under construction parking is difficult. We use Park & Fly because of the ease. The staff are helpful taking our luggage out of our car and also putting it back in our car upon our return. Also they drop us off placing our luggage on the curb and putting it on the shuttle upon our return. As a veteran the additional discount is appreciated.

Traveling solo while handicapped
It’s way easier to use Park, Ride, and Fly than parking at the airport. I travel solo and travel with a lightweight folding mobility scooter. The staff load and unload my luggage and all I have to do is drive in and drive out.

I started using APF 3 years ago and fly around 6 times a year. I will never go back to parking myself. For the few extra dollars to get dropped off and picked up curb side, get assistance with loading and unloading luggage and to return to a cool or warm and snow free car makes the end to my trips less painful. Good parking experience
Great experience from start to finish. I was coming back late so did not want to use the airport long term parking and get dropped off in a dark remote spot in the middle of the night. Albany Park Ride and Fly has your car waiting for you when you get back, all ready to go. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and professional. When I got back, after I called them to let them know I was ready, one of their vans was already right there! Which was simply luck, but really nice after a delayed flight. Will definitely use them again.
